Vatican Da Vinci Code

Is the Vatican Church been brought to it’s knees?

Having read the Da Vinci Code and Holy Blood and Holy Gail and also done my own extensive research into this subject and I conclude that the church witch I hold in very high regard is on the cusp of falling into obscurity.

Nope its not yet on its knees. The church still thinks its right. The Vatican is NOT reforming and modernizing. Anyone who thinks so, is living in La-La land.

As long as the pope says NO condoms, he is not being a modern pope. A modern pope would allow condoms to STOP the spread of AIDS.

So IMO that makes the Catholic Church terrorists because they do nothing to stop the spread of a fatal and incurable disease.

Vatican Da Vinci Code

Overcoming Angels And Demons

A number of novels have met the triumph enjoyed by Dan Brown’s the Da Vinci Code.  With a fascinating foundation and a presentation of a mystery – which isn’t that new to start with – in an exhilarating new light, book lovers have been immersed with the fictional work.  The film, starring Tom Hanks in the starring role of Robert Langdon, equally met great victory given the popularity of the book it was based on.

But the greater part of Dan Brown’s patrons are of the estimation that Angels & Demons, the book that emerged before the Da Vinci Code which also presented Robert Langdon as the primary character, is a distant better work in contrast to the more memorable sequel.

Whereas the Da Vinci Code discussed an ages-old mystery protected by the Catholic Church, that is, Mary Magdalene being the wife of Jesus Christ and the Holy Grail being a testimonial to the holy lineage of God’s sole begotten son, Angels & Demons contends with something more earthly – how the Vatican maneuvers.

Angels & Demons, in fact, is one of only a few of literary efforts that offers us a glimpse at the choice of a new Pope.

This is what the book is all concerning to, amidst the setting of a conspiracy to seize the Vatican captive with threats of unleashing an anti-matter tool that can rapidly eliminate a part of the globe.  It’s a battle versus time, with Robert Langdon guiding the pack by cracking problems and decoding cryptograms in an attempt to find out the location of the anti-matter bomb.

It’s a thrilling novel, surely.  And all indications point to the fact that it’s going to be an exciting movie.  Early on, censors are already announcing that Angels & Demons is more custom-made for the big screen contrasted to its heir, the Da Vinci Code. The latter, after all, is talkier, its conflict runs are more stationary, and its selling point is the cerebral unraveling of its mysteries.  Angels & Demons, then again, is a chase account – one which will convert well as an action mystery movie.

Aside from Tom Hanks, Ayelet Zurer stars in the film, portraying the role of Vittoria Vetra, a CERN scientist and a logical and romantic match for Robert Langdon.  Ewan Macgregor plays the persona of Camerlengo Carlo Ventresca, who is a vital character in the story.
