Why has the vatican got a big phallic (obelisk)symbol out the front of its church? And get this it is not?
a replica but a real one brought all the way from Egypt. It used to once stand in an Egyptian pagan temple. And there’s more – in 1586 SixtusV wanted it centered in front of the church in St Peter’s square and being the good Christian that a pope should be he attached a death penalty if the obelisk was dropped and broken. Finally someone took up the challenge and moved it – lucky for him.
PS I am an ex – catholic. I now follow Jesus and not the pope.
